The Wolfu Journey
The Discovery
Our journey began with the discovery of Wolffia globosa's extraordinary nutritional profile. This tiny aquatic plant—the smallest flowering plant on Earth—contains complete protein with all essential amino acids.
The Innovation
We developed our proprietary smart vertical planting system, optimizing LED light exposure and nutrient delivery to grow Wolffia in a fraction of the space and with minimal water usage compared to traditional agriculture.
The Formulation
Creating a delicious, nutritionally complete meal replacement was our next challenge. After hundreds of iterations, we developed our signature formula with 22g of protein, essential vitamins and minerals, and natural flavors.

Today, Wolfu is focused on scaling our production to make nutritionally complete, sustainable food accessible to all. Our vision is to establish production systems worldwide, particularly in regions affected by food insecurity.
